Yoga
This all-levels Hatha yoga class focuses on mindful, balanced practice with held postures, steady breathing, and gentle alignment. Participants move slowly through classic poses with modifications, building strength, flexibility, and calm awareness, ending in deep relaxation—leaving you grounded and refreshed.

Kids Yoga
This all-levels kids Hatha yoga class is fun and playful, introducing children to mindful movement through simple held postures, easy breathing exercises, and gentle alignment cues. Pilates
This all-levels Pilates class focuses on precise, controlled mat exercises emphasizing core strength, stability, and alignment. Yogalates
